17 Legacy Players Selected to Daily Press All-Star Team
10 All-State Selections
Williamsburg, VA - The Virginia Legacy is proud to announce that 21 of our players have been selected to the Daily Press All-Star team. Both of the Daily Press Players of the Year, Rachel Brewer (Tabb) and Reeves Trott (Lafayette) belong to the club as well. Reeves joins his brother, Emory (Haverford College) in becoming one of the few pairs of siblings to achieve the award in back to back years. Brewer, who will go on to play at Christopher Newport University next year, earned her many accolades as a defender. "The reason I love defending is because I know that a lot of the time, how well the team does depends on how well I play," Rachel said. "I like the pressure of knowing that what I do could mean do or die for the team."
