Virginia Legacy Soccer Club

Winter Advanced Development Program

Legacy's Winter Advanced Development Program - Season Starts January 6th!

The Advanced Development Program (U6-U10 ADP) is the transition stage between the recreational side of the Virginia Legacy Soccer Club and the travel side. This player-centric program offers our younger players the opportunity to be exposed to a more focused soccer environment that will enhance their skills and approach to the game.

The winter season will be structured slightly different than seasons past.  This year we will have no commitments on Saturdays for any location. During this season, each group will train twice during the week.  The first practice session of each week will be focused on technical training (the player and the ball,) and the second training session of each week will be focused on game-play (decision making and tactical.)  There will be no Saturday games or meetings for the ADP program.
