Summer Camps 2018

Recreational Camps

These camps revolve around soccer related games, activities, and competition.  All participates willreceive a Legacy Soccer Camp shirt and soccer ball.  The camps are focused on fun and developmentally appropriate soccer games.  The camps will take advantage of the JCCRC indoor facilities to make the summer camp more enjoyable by rotating the daily activities indoor and outdoor, and allowing time for the kids to utilize the JCCRC swimming pool!                               

Position Specific Camps – Advanced Players (9-16)


This camps focus on small groups and individuals in regards to a specific position on the field.  Players have the option to sign up as a goalkeeper, defender, midfielder, and forward.  Each positional group will be assigned a highly qualified and experienced coach that will provide key insights and instruction regarding the position.

Overnight Soccer Camp Experience

The Virginia Legacy has teamed up with Top Flight Soccer Academy to bring the U9-U15 Boys Travel Players an overnight camp experience like no other.  Held at Sweet Briar College-just outside Lynchburg, VA - it provides the perfect environment for training, games and developing as a player. Action packed soccer for 4 days - from sunrise to sunset and even into the evenings - the players will be challenged and experience a small player to coach ratio from top coaches 

Legacy College ID Camp

Returning in 2016 the Virginia Legacy is pleased to announce the 2nd Legacy Soccer College ID Camp.  The camp will take the form of college ID camps but in your own backyard over 3 days.  Over the 3 days – 9 Mens and Womens College Coaches will be in attendance with work with the High School aged players. 

                                                                        1:1 Training – All Ages


Individual training provides players with an opportunity for extra training outside of their normal practices.  Individual sessions are open to anyone who’s interested in receiving extra training.  Costs and scheduling are determined with the individual coach that you and your player decide to use.  If you have any questions about 1:1 training or about a coach’s are of expertise then please contact Kelvin Jones (
