Virginia Legacy Alums Excelling at Next Level
This fall Virginia Legacy Alums have been tearing it up at the Division 1 level. Names whom have graced our twitter feed and newspapers are now making a splash on their new teams. Reilly Maw, Reeves Trott, Max Poelker, and Brennen Burton are all performing at the highest levels of college soccer.
Reilly Maw, a senior at William and Mary, currently has 4 goals and 4 assists for the trib and has most recently been named CAA player of the week on October 24th.
Reeves Trott, a freshman at William and Mary, currently has 5 goals and 2 assists for the Tribe. During the month of September, Trott was named CAA rookie of the week in back to back weeks and then as a result earned topdrawersoccer.com National Team of the week.
Max Poelker, a freshman at Longwood University, currently has 6 goals and 3 assists on the season. During the month of October, Poelker was busy earing both Big South rookie and player of the week honors.
Brennen Burton, a freshman at James Madison, is also earning his place on the team. Playing in 13 games this season, Burton scored the game-winning goal to put the Dukes over Delaware.
The Virginia Legacy is extremely proud of our alums and wish them a very productive athletic and academic 2017.
