W76 Earns Historic Result against Fredericksburg FC

Williamsburg VA – It was a day of firsts for the W76. First, Indiah Hunter scored the first ever goal in Legacy W76 franchise history. Soon after, Brianna Behm also added to the tally that lifted the W76 over Fredericksburg 2-1 and earning the first ever victory for the women’s side.

The W76 look to take on the Washington Spirit Reserves, away on Friday May 26th -5pm.

The Legacy 76 NPSL men’s group is also coming off a 0-1 loss to rival Fredericksburg FC at home this past Saturday (May 20th). As the Mid-Atlantic Conference stands, everyone will be admitted to the end of the season tournament to earn the lone regional bid into the next round of the NPSL tournament. This 76 group remains focused on that final push as we find our feet in what is shaking out to be a very competitive 2017 season.

The Legacy 76 NPSL side will take on FC Frederick (MD,) away at Hood College on Sunday May 28th – 5pm.
