Virginia Legacy Soccer's College Recruiting Program has helped generations of our players turn hard work on the field into real opportunities on college campuses across the country. Our alumni have gone on to compete at the NCAA Division I, Division II, and Division III levels — a track record built on honest player evaluations, hands-on coach communication, and a genuine understanding of what different levels of college soccer actually require.

Our approach starts early: we work with families throughout high school to track development, build highlight film, identify the right camps and showcases, and have direct, realistic conversations about where a player fits — rather than promising a level that isn't there. We coordinate closely with high school coaches, help families understand NCAA eligibility requirements, and walk alongside every player through outreach, visits, and the final decision. No two recruiting journeys look the same, and that's exactly why our program is built around personalized guidance rather than a one-size-fits-all playbook.
